ZYG-600 high-speed linear liquid filling machine is the latest product developed by our company. It is used for mass production of antibiotics and biochemical drug liquids in large and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories

Preparation freeze-drying, metering, filling and stuffing. This machine can fill antimicrobial glass bottles with a diameter of 16〜32 mm. ZYG-600 high-speed linear liquid filling machine adopts full servo drive, the main power is 1.5KW servo motor, the tracking and lifting of the filling needle are independently driven by the servo motor, 16 filling peristaltic pumps are respectively driven by 16 high-precision ball screws through 16 servo motors, and the reversal is completed by a servo motor. The filling of the machine is completed by the reciprocating tracking filling of eight needles on both sides. The antimicrobial glass bottles are divided into two channels into two bottle feeding tracks through the bottle management buffer plate, and then enter the main transmission track through the front and back bottle feeding dial. The main transmission track transmits the medicine bottles in two columns equidistance through the special transmission synchronous belt. At the same time, eight needles on each side reciprocally track the filling, and enter the front and back plug dial respectively after filling for full plug or half plug. Then each through the front and back out of the bottle dial into the two tracks, and finally out of the bottle.

This machine has reached the leading level of similar liquid filling machines in China. This machine contains a patent.

Technical feature:

1.using the man-machine interface touch screen + PLC programmable controller control, the whole machine for full servo control.

2.The microcomputer sets the filling capacity, can adjust the filling parameters online, and control the degree of humanization and intelligence. The high-precision imported six-rotor peristaltic pump is adopted, and the loading error is less than ± 0.6%.
