Use and characteristics

The product is mainly used to dry, sterilize and remove heat from other glass bottles such as antibiotics glass bottles, infusion bottles and oral liquid bottles, and then cool them down and send them to the next process. The machine is mainly composed of preheating section, sterilization section, cooling section, net belt online cleaning and automatic adjustment of pressure difference balance, power distribution cabinet independent control. Cooling section for water cooling and air pressure two, available for customers to choose.

The sterilization oven adopts advanced PLC program to control the sterilization process, and uses negative pressure sealing efficiently to heat and cool the bottle evenly. It has the characteristics of high automation, stable operation, low noise, high efficiency, high safety performance, sudden power failure protection, long-term use without deformation, no cracking, no deviation of the net belt, good insulation effect and so on. According to GMP requirements can be equipped with online wind speed dust particle detection, can print online temperature, wind pressure and other parameters.
