Brief introduction

Automatic liquid freeze-drying production linkage line is carefully developed and designed by our company on the basis of the new GMP requirements and digestion and absorption of international advanced technology. The production line is composed of vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, hot air circulation sterilization oven and linear filling and plugging unit. The vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine can complete the ultrasonic rough washing of the bottle, the outer wall cleaning of the bottle, and the three water and three gas cleaning in the bottle. The hot air circulation sterilization oven can dry, sterilize and remove pyrogen from bottles that have qualified cleaning. Filling and plugging machine can complete the function of filling and plugging. The filling and stuffing machine is equipped with FFU and isolation protection system, and can constantly monitor the environmental quality of zone A. It uses various forms of sterile material transfer and interconnects with other equipment under isolation protection. The linkage line is equipped with advanced instruments at home and abroad, which can monitor, print and store process parameters online. At the same time, the filling plug is equipped with an isolation protection system, which meets the new GMP requirements. The production line is a large pharmaceutical equipment with high intelligence of electromechanical integration, stable product performance, simple and reliable operation, and beautiful appearance. This production line can be configured according to the user's process requirements to meet the production requirements of different bottle specifications and different yields.
