The machine is mainly completed by three steps:First, after ultrasonic cleaning of the outer wall, the powder stuck on the bottle wall can be decomposed and cleaned; Second, wipe water on the outer wall of the bottle through the sponge conveyor belt; Thirdly, the outer wall of the bottle is dried again, and the next labeling process is entered. It does not use high-pressure water and gas to wash and dry, so it will not pose risks to drugs, and the equipment has its own hot fan, so it saves a lot of energy for the pharmaceutical factory, and is trusted by the majority of pharmaceutical factories.
