YGZ24/36 oral liquid filling and capping machine is mainly used for small dose filling and capping process in pharmaceutical and food industries. Main working principle：
The machine adopts full servo tracking mode for filling and capping, sterilized and dried bottles enter the bottle tray, directly enter the filling dial after bottle handling, servo tracking filling, and then enter the capping station for capping after the transition of the drawing disc, and finally send to the bottle tray (or the next process). The bottle feeding method of this machine adopts the intersection of the bottle feeding turntable and the filling dial to enter the bottle smoothly into the filling dial. This solves the problem of excessive pressure on the screw (or dial) of the traditional mesh into the bottle, the bottle is not smooth, and the bottle should be broken. On the basis of digesting the recent foreign technology, the new generation of antibiotic bottle capping machine is developed and produced by self-innovation and self-improvement. It adopts the internationally popular single-knife capping machine and has a number of patented technologies such as "flexible rolling sealing" and "vertical swing feed". This function automatically completes the process of bottle entering, cap fixing, cap capping, cap rolling and bottle exiting.
