ZYG/10 high speed linear liquid filling machine is the latest product developed by our company. It is used for mass production of antibiotics and biochemical drug liquids in large and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories Preparation freeze-drying, metering, filling and stuffing. This machine can fill antimicrobial glass bottles with a diameter of 16~32mm. ZYG/10 high-speed linear liquid filling machine adopts servo system drive and control, ten filling peristaltic pumps are driven by ten motors. The filling of the machine is completed by ten pins reciprocating tracking filling. The antimicrobial glass bottle enters the bottle track through the bottle buffer dial, and then enters the main transfer track through the bottle dial, the main transfer track transmits the medicine bottle equidistance through the special conveying synchronous belt, at the same time, the filling 10 pins reciprocally track the filling, the filling enters the stopper dial, the full stopper or half stopper, and then enters the bottle track through the bottle dial, and finally the bottle is out of the bottle end plate. The machine has the advantages of novel structure, convenient maintenance and debugging, high efficiency, stable operation, low noise, good sealing degree, and so on. It has the functions of no bottle filling, no bottle unplugging, automatic counting, and automatic sampling device. This machine has reached the leading level of similar liquid filling machines in China.
