Use and characteristics 

Ultrasonic automatic bottle washing machine before the overall investment program design, refer to a series of requirements such as similar domestic products have been put into trial production and technology, and consult a large number of GMP technical documents for bottle washing machine implementation, adapt to the actual needs of existing manufacturers, and further improve. The principle: The penicillin bottle to be cleaned is sent into the bottle turning track through the bottle parting plate and the bottle turning wheel into the ultrasonic rough washing section for rough washing (ultrasonic action: the dust attached inside and outside the penicillin bottle is loosened by ultrasonic cavitation), and then sent into the customized track to automatically turn to the bottom of the bottle up, the bottle mouth down, and enter the cell fine washing section for continuous "three water and four gas" strong backwashing. The inlet pipes of the coarse washing section and the fine washing section are separated independently to prevent cross-contamination. At the same time, a special punching mechanism is equipped on the last two processes of washing the bottle washing machine. Its functions are :(1) thoroughly pour and blow the remaining small amount of water in the bottle after cleaning, (2) accelerate dry explosion sterilization, (3) ensure that there are no traces of water in the bottle, and keep it transparent and clean. (4) The pre-washing section and the fine washing section are synchronized with the oven in the next process tunnel.
