KQC-140 Vertical Ultrasonic Bottle Washing Machine

Use and characteristics 

KQC-140 ultrasonic bottle washing machine is the latest product developed by our company, which is used for large and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories to mass-produce antibiotics and biochemical drugs liquid preparations of antibiotic cilin bottle special cleaning equipment. This machine cleans antimicrobial glass bottles with a diameter of 16-32mm. 

KQC-140 ultrasonic bottle washing machine has reasonable structure, compact layout, no damage during bottle washing, high degree of cleanliness, and fast cleaning speed. Wide range of applicable bottles, easy to replace specifications, in full compliance with GMP requirements. This machine contains an invention patent. The cleaning of this machine is completed by two steps: rough washing and fine washing. The bottle enters the ultrasonic cleaning water tank through the bottle inlet mesh belt for rough washing, enters the lifting bottle block through the bottle inlet screw, and then holds the bottle through 28 manipulators and 140 claws, turns the multi-station water and gas alternately rinse to complete the fine washing, and the manipulator then turns the bottle out through the bottle dial into the bottle out track.
